Thoughts: I have jumped the track a bit and am getting back on. I know I was calorie minded and ensured that I did exercise but I did not record my menus on these days. I am getting back to the regularly scheduled program. It was a busy weekend with book club on Friday and a friend visiting Saturday and Sunday. I do believe this will impact my weigh in on Wed, but I believe for this to work for me I need to believe that even with a detour... getting back on track and being consistent will work for me.
