6-26 Friday

Lunch/Dinner
I have no way of knowing. It was not really well planned. I sampled as I went today, because I was making treats for my party and had the party.
  • 1 cup Watermelon/feta/mint salad

Thoughts: Not a good situation. I'm wondering if taking pictures of what I ate today would have worked out better and made me more accountable...or having a plan for eating. Gosh, moving forward. I'm exhausted this morning and know that I ran around like a crazy woman yesterday, cooking and cleaning my house. That isn't organized working out but I'm hoping it counts for something. I love doing it but am glad it only happens once a month.

Friday 6-19

Dinner

Cocktails
So Ok...there were some cocktails consumed tonight. I am not sure exactly how many...ouch.
My thoughts are 1 shot of tequila, 4 light beers and I helped out on a bucket of Mo Fo juice. It was honestly a bucket of liquor with ice and straws. Pre bucket of Mo Fo juice 484...after??
I was looking at 1406 calories pre party. Post party lucky if I got off with under 2000.

Ok so after a long long long bike ride.  I determined that I could deconstruct the slaw dog by creating a slaw that would be low calorie but could still fulfill that need.  
Coleslaw
4 cups green cabbage
1 onion
2 stalks celery
2 large carrots
1/4 cup raw no salt sunflower seeds
Homemade Ranch dressing
Bingo!!  So good and so what I was looking for.  Should have plenty for the weekend.

I ate some cheese and crackers while on the computer.
Dinner
  • The last of the brown rice/lentil thing.  It really lasted a while and was tasty.
Lunch. I was pissed off at the world today.  So angry and crabby.  I don't know what was wrong.  I went and had my favorite slaw dog at the root beer stand.  Kind of a fond farewell.
